Saturday, August 21, 2010 Just as members had returned to the firehouse and cleaned up after the field day events, York Dispatch received a call for a truck fire on Riverwood Dr.  Chief Balentine and Brush 10 would be first to arrive on scene to find a fully involved rack body truck, and provided initial fire attack. Squad 2 arrived and stretched the front bumper line while Brush 10's crew continued to prevent further extension in the grass. Squad 2's crew along with two out of town ride along's quickly knocked down the fire while the Tanker's crew secured a feeder to the Squad.
